摘要
在Fe :LiNbO3中掺进Pr6O11生长Pr :Fe :LiNbO3晶体。对晶体进行氧化 还原处理。测试晶体的指数增益系数、衍射效率、响应时间、光电导和信噪比。测试结果Pr :Fe :LiNbO3晶体的响应时间缩短 ,信噪比提高 ,克服了Fe :LiNbO3 响应时间长 ,光电导和信噪低的缺点。以Pr:Fe
Doping Pr 6O 11 in Fe:LiNbO 3, Pr:Fe:LiNbO 3 crystals were grown. The crystals were treatea by oxiding and reducing. The exponential gain, the diffractive efficiency, the response time, photoconduction and signal to noise ratio or the crystals were measured. The resolute that the response time of Pr:Fe:LiNbO 3 crystal is shorted and the signal to noise ratio is rose, which overcome the defect of Fe:LiNbO 3 crystal (response time is longer and signal to noise ratio is lower). Taking Pr:Fe:LiNbO 3 crystal as storage material, the holographic associative storage was realized.
