摘要 通过三点弯曲预制裂纹试样的加载 -卸载 -冷却 -断裂 ( LUCF)试验 ,并结合详细的断口观察和裂纹尖端应力、应变的有限元计算 ,研究了热预应变 ( WPS)对接近全γ和全层状α+γ的两种 Ti Al金属间化合物的断裂行为的影响 .结果表明 WPS对两种 Ti Al金属间化合物的起裂韧性有显著改善 ,使层状 Ti Al合金的断裂韧性的临界值和最大值略微变差 . By means of loading unloading cooling fracture(LUCF) tests of three point bending specimens with a pre cracking facilitated by detailed observations upon fracture surface and FEM calculations of stress and strain at crack tip, the effect of warm pre straining(WPS) on fracture behavior of TiAl intermetallic alloys with near γ and fully lamellar α+γ is investigated. The results show that the WPS processes have made an appreciable improvement on the crack initiation toughness of both near γ and fully lamellar TiAl intermetallic alloys, but deteriorated slightly the critical and the maximum values of fracture toughness of the alloys with lamellar structure.
