A distributed control system is designed for plasma spraying equipment and the configurations of system's software and hardware are discussed. Through founding an expert database, the spraying process parameters are worked out and the initialization and control of spraying process parameter are realized. The plasma spraying system with this control configuration can simplify the spraying operation, improve automatization level of spray process, and approach the experience criterion as soon as possible.
