摘要 在测定 P-δ-ε曲线和记忆合金弹簧理论计算公式的基础上 ,论述了用于自动温度控制阀的 Ti Ni形状记忆合金主弹簧的设计理论和具体实践 ,取得了试验研究和设计经验 ,由于偏置弹簧的作用 ,记忆合金弹簧的正常工作没有受到非线性特性的明显影响 .阀门应用可获得控温精度达± 1 .5℃以内 . The design theory of major spring made of shape memory alloy TiNi for automatic temperature control valves and its application to concrete practice are discussed on the basis of P δ ε curves determination and the theoretical computation formulae of memory alloy spring, so that an experience in experimental investigation and design has been obtained. Due to the effect of the offset spring, the normal operation of memory alloy spring is not subjected to remarkable effect from the non linearity characteristics of the spring, so that the accuracy of temperature control can be limited within the range of ±1.5 ℃, making the valve successful.
