摘要
针对孔系加工机构中曲拐传动存在的振动问题 ,提出了利用内平衡的方法实现曲拐轴的动平衡 ,并通过“力平衡法”实现曲拐传动机构的摆动力和摆动力矩完全力平衡 .减小或消除了整个传动机构的振动 ,提高了孔系加工的加工精度 .
Aiming at vibrational problem existent in crank shaft transmission in hole system drilling mechanisms, it is proposed that an internal balance method can be used to realize dynamic balance of the crankshaft and a kind of complete force balance of fluctuating forces and moments of crankshaft transmission mechanisms can be realized be means of “force balance method ”. The vibration of whole transmission mechanisms would be decreased or eliminated and machining precision of hole system could be improved.
