This paper gives a detailed introduction to the construction work done and specific measures taken on the qualification assessment of CTCT's lab instruction of basic courses. In the paper, an overall development idea is put forward on lab construction and experiment instruction in order to further improve the quality of experiment instruction in the labs and to foster the students' ability to practise and innovate.
