摘要
安装在高保真音响设备电路中的音响铝电解电容器必须具有谐振频率高、漏电流小、对外不辐射磁场、不产生交流调制和非线性小的特性.要使音响铝电解电容器保持较小的非线性和不产生交流调制,必须要求音响铝电解电容器的瞬态响应要好,分析了其瞬态特性的因素涉及到电容器的原始设计、制造材料和结构尺寸.具体主要因素是电容器的电感、氧化膜的介电性质、电解质离子的运动速度、腐蚀箔断面形状、导电金属部分和机械振动等.
The acoustic Al elatrolytic capacitor used at the circuit with the high fidelity acoustic facility must have some characteristics such as high resonant frequency, little leakage current, no external radia non magnetic field, no alternating confection and little nonlinear. To make the acoustic Al electrolytic capacitor with little nonlinear and not produce alternating .confection, the transient response of the acoustic Al electrolytic capacitor must be good. The investigation show that the fisctors affecting the transient response mainly involve the original designation, the material and the constructing size of the capacitor, such as the inductance of the capacitor, the characteristic of the oxide film, the movement speed of the ion of the electrolyte, the figure of the cross section of the corrosive Al foil, the electric metal and the mechanical viberation.
