摘要
弓形弹簧是一种宽厚比值相对较大的弹簧,目前在工业上应用很少。由于其变形过程是非线性的,所以就其机械特性(弯曲形状和变形力)来说很难建模。本文利用MATLAB建立了其变形过程的迭代模型,模拟计算弓形弹簧部分的力学特性、参数和几何形状,并用实验结果进行了对比分析,发现两者之间的误差最小接近于0,最大为11%,对实际应用有很大的引导作用。
The bow spring is a spring of large width-to-thickness ratio. At present it seldom is used in industry. The mechanical behacior (characterized by deflected shape and deformation force) is difficult to model, because intenal forces and moments and the geometry are both unkowno In this paper, the deformation process of iteration model was established based on MATLAB, the simulation calculation, parameters, and the mechanics characteristics of bow spring part geometry, and the results analyzed, and we found that the minimum error between the two close to zero, the maximum is 11%, is a great guide for practical application.
