摘要
提出了一种降低分形图像压缩方法计算复杂度的改进方法 ,该方法已在VC ++5.0集成开发环境下得以实现 ,并取得较好的实验效果。
This paper proposes an improved method of reducing the computation complexity for fractal image compression.This proposed method is realized in the VC++5.0 integrated development environment(IDE) and produces good experimental results.
