摘要
采用人工预制内部裂纹方法分析了 45钢高速冲击下裂纹扩展的动态响应行为 ,由弹塑性波理论可以很好地解释钢体断裂机理 ,并预测裂纹扩展过程 .结果表明 ,快速镦粗过程预制内部裂纹具有稳定扩展特征 ,塑性等效应变速率 εp 较恒定 .
Analyzes the dynamic response behaviors of propagation of cracks in 45 steel under high impact, uses the elastic plastic wave theory to explain the steel cracking mechanism and predict the crack propagation process and concludes that the internal cracks has steady propagation characteristics and its plastic strain ratio is relatively stable.
