To guarantee the normal operation of special high speed railway line for passenger transportation,the settlement of ground must be controlled in an efficient way.Combined with the soil character of soft ground in Qinghuangdao Shenyang special railway line for passenger transportation,this article presents reinforcement measures,calculation methods and the plot for experiment and research for the subgrade settlement control, which may be useful for guiding further research.
