摘要 为解决城市地区防洪排涝问题,从寻找问题成因着手,探讨解决问题的对策措施。重点分析城市化建设与城市防洪排涝之间的矛盾,分析城市化地区产汇流特点。提出了与市政雨水排水相衔接的汇流计算模型,拟定防洪排涝规划方案,确定河道断面规模、水面率、排涝泵闸规模、桥梁规模及道路竖向标高,从而系统地提高城市化地区的防洪排涝能力。 In order to solve the problems of flood control and drainage in urbanization regions, the article discusses the countermeasures to solve the problems from the causes, focuses on the analysis of the contradiction between the urbanization development and the city flood control and drainage, analyzes the runoff characteristic of urbanization region, puts forward the runoff calculation model of connecting the municipal rainwater drainage, proposes the flood control and drainage planning scheme, and defines the river section scale, water rate, drainage pump size, bridge scale and road vertical elevation so as systematically to improve the flood control and drainage capacity of urbanization regions.
