摘要
该文对国内某自主研发的基于表面活性平台的温拌剂进行了试验评价。分别以基质沥青和SBS改性沥青作为胶结料,利用马歇尔方法设计了AC-13型连续密级配沥青混合料,测试了不同成型温度下热拌与温拌沥青混合料的体积指标和路用性能技术指标并进行了对比。结果表明,该温拌剂可降低普通沥青混合料成型温度达30℃、降低SBS改性沥青混合料成型温度达35℃;当采用较小的降温幅度时,温拌沥青混合料具有更好的体积指标和路用性能。
The article evaluates the test of a warm mix agent based on surface active platform independently researched and developed in China. Base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt are selected as asphalt binder,and AC-13 continuous dense gradation asphalt mixture is designed by Marshall Method. Volume indexes and technical indexes related to pavement performance of hot mix asphalt and warm mix asphalt at different forming temperatures are tested and compared. Results shows that this warm mix agent can reduce the forming temperature 30℃ for the general asphalt mixture and 35℃ for SBS modified asphalt mixtures. The warm mix asphalt mixture has the better volume indexes and pavement performance if the range of temperature reduction is smaller.
