橡胶护舷在浮式消能防撞装置中的缓冲性能分析

摘要 现有浮式消能防撞装置的内部阻尼元件一般采用橡胶护舷,橡胶护舷的选型及设计对整个防撞装置的防撞性能起到关键性的作用。该文阐述了对3000DWT的散货船撞击防撞装置理想化模型所进行的数值模拟,分析了护舷个数、橡胶材料硬度对橡胶护舷缓冲性能的影响。研究表明,橡胶护舷的缓冲吸能效果取决于护舷的整体刚度,它分别与护舷个数和橡胶材料硬度成正比。 The rubber fender is generally used as the inner damping element in the present floating energy-dissipation anti-collision device.The selection and design of rubber fender has the key efficiency for the anti-collision function of the whole device The article sets forth the numerical simulation of idealized anti-collision device model of 3000DWT bulk cargo ship,and analyzes the influence of fender number and rubber rigidity on the buffer function of rabber fender.The study shows that the buffer energy absorption effect of rubber fender depends on the integral rigidity offender.It is respectively proportional to the fender number and rubber material rigidity.
