摘要
"汉奸"、"朝奸"和美国的独立及其立国这些历史事实和政治事件,说明着公民权利与爱国情感之间存在着一种正相关。公民权利直接影响爱国情感是通过公平正义感和人的尊严感得以进行的。公民权利与爱国情感的关系问题在各国的历史上一直存在着,而在社会转型和风险社会阶段,这一问题将越来越突出,乃至越来越严重。而畅通权利表达渠道和强化权利实现机制,则是我们今后的经济社会发展中的一项要务。
The historical facts and political events such as traitor to China, traitor to Korea and independence and creation of America show that a kind of positive correlation lies between citizen rights and patriotic feeling. Citizen rights has influence on patriotic feeling through the sense of fairness and the sense of dignity. The issue of the relationship between citizen rights and patriotic feeling has been lying in the history of each country, which is becoming more and more prominent and serious during social transformation in risk society. To make the expression channel of rights unblocked and strengthen the realization mechanism of rights are two important tasks in the future development of our economic society.
