预备警官参与社会管理创新之探索

Research on Social Management Innovation Participating by Police Cadets

预备警官参与社会管理创新是有必要并且可行的,是调动预备警官学习工作积极性的必然要求,也是新形势下公安院校对培养优秀预备警官的必然途径。目前,公安院校的在校学生参与社会管理创新在中国仍是一种非制度化的参与,预备警官参与社会管理创新面临着重重的困境:参与意识薄弱,参与意识不足,自我确认能力较低,在社会中所处位置尴尬。要通过学术、实践、网络、合作、监督的参与方式对预备警官参与社会管理创新进行探索,达成最终目标,以顺应公安机关社会管理创新发展的新要求。

To participate in social administration innovation, it is necessary and feasible to the police cadets, and it is a inevitable requirement to mobilize police cadets＇ learning enthusiasm, it is also the best way to cultivate excellent police cadets under current situation. Currently, to participate in social innovation of police cadets is still a non-systematized participating which faced with numerous difficulties： the weak sense of participation, lack of awareness of participation, low capability of self-identify, the awkward position in society management. In order to adapt the new demands of public security mechanisms and reach the ultimate goal, we should explore the management innovation in many ways such as academic research, practicing, cooperation, collaboration and supervision.
