云南彝族健康成年人超重和肥胖现状及影响因素分析

Overweight and obesity among healthy adults of Yi Nationality in Yunnan province current status and influencing factors

目的了解云南彝族健康成年人超重和肥胖情况及其影响因素。方法2010年10—12月将云南省楚雄市和郊区以及大过口乡的彝族健康成年人作为调查对象，包括大学生、不同地区和不同职业等人群。共调查2500人，收回问卷2438份，收回率97．52％，有效问卷2355份，有效率96．90％。计数资料采用，检验和非条件Logistic回归分析，P〈0．05为差异有统计学意义。结果彝族健康成年人超重率为29．26％（689／2355），肥胖率为8．41％（198／2355）；非条件Logistic分析结果显示：年龄处于45～64岁（OR=13．308，95％CI：1．420—124．683）、饮酒（OR=2．306，95％CI：1．565—4．760）、三餐饮食不规律（OR=1．394，95％CI：1．075～3．752）和饮食偏甜（OR=6．603，95％CI：1．216—35．855）是超重和肥胖的危险因素（OR〉1）；睡眠质量很好（OR=0．599，95％CI：0．174-0．745）是超重和肥胖的保护因素（OR〈1）。结论云南彝族健康成年人超重和肥胖率相对较高，彝族超重和肥胖的影响因素主要是年龄、饮食和睡眠。

Objective To study the status of overweight and obesity and the influencing factors among healthy adults of Yi nationality in Yunnan province.Methods Healthy adults of Yi nationality in urban and rural areas of Chuxiong city and Daguokou town of Yunnan province were selected for an questionnaire survery,including college students,groups from different regions and with different occupations from October to December in 2010.A total of 2 500 people were investigated,2 438 copies of question- naires were retrieved with a retrieve rate of 97.52%,2 355 copies questionnaires were valid with an effective rate of 96.90%. test was used for count data, multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis for related factors,the result of P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The rate of healthy adults＇ overweight was 29.26%（689/2 355）,and the rate of obesity was 8.41% （198/2 355）.Unconditional Logistic analysis results show that：in the age of 45-64 years old （0R=13.308,95%C1：1.420-124.683）, drinking （OR=2.306,95%Cl：1.565-4.760）,eating disorders（OR=1.394,95%Cl：1.075-3.752） and prefer to sweet food（OR=6.603,95% CI：1.216-35.855） were the risk factors of overweight and obesity （OR〉l）.However, Sleep quality was very well （OR=0.599,95%CI： 0.174-0.745） was the protection factor of overweight and obesity （OR〈1）.Conclusion The rate of overweight and obesity is rela- tively higher among adults of Yi nationality in Yunnan province,and age,diet and sleep are major influencing factors.
