摘要
本文论述了黑龙江省前兆网络技术系统的特点，较详细地阐述了系统的主要功能及系统目前的状况，同时也分析了网络存在的不足和需要进一步加强的环节。
The characters of network technology system for seismic precursors of Heilongjiang province are summarized in this paper. The main function and condition at present for this system are expounded in details, also the weakness and some sectors needed to be strengthened are analyzed.
