“持证社工”继续教育中的价值认同与能力提升问题探讨 被引量:3

摘要 近几年来,通过全国参加社会工作者职业水平考试的人数越来越多,但在通过考试的人员中,有相当数量无社会工作专业教育背景的持证社工,缺乏对社会工作价值观的深度认同,也缺乏系统的社会工作能力提升,这在客观上制约了社会工作专业服务的质量和水平,同时也在一定程度上影响了社会公众对社会工作专业的社会评价。因此,通过多种继续教育形式加强对这部分人员的价值观教育与熏染,强化对他们的专业技能课程培训,促进高校社会工作专业实践教学与街道、社区社会工作者在社会服务项目策划与实施方面的深度合作,对于促进持证社工发展和有效确立社会工作专业权威意义重大。 In recent years, more and more people passed the examination of professional social wokers, but anumber of certification of social workers without universality professional background are deeply lack ofself-identity on the social work values and also lack of systematic ascension of social work ability, whichobjectively restricts the service quality and level of professional social workers, At the same time, to a certain extent, it also affected the social public's social evaluation of professional social work. Through a variety of forms, therefore, to strengthen the value identification of the licensed social workers, strengthentheir professional skills training course, promote the depth of cooperation on the project planning and implementation in social services between the professional social work teaching in colleges and universitiesand the licensed social workers of the street and community, is of great significance to the developmentof the licensed social workers and establishment of the authority of professional social work.
