香港青少年社会工作服务及对内地的启示

An Introduction to Hong Kong Youth Social Work Services and the Enlightenment to China's Mainland

香港的青少年社会工作自20世纪70年代中期开始,迄今为止已有近四十多年的实务服务历程。在回归前的港英当局、回归后特区政府和众多社会工作服务组织以及专业社会工作者的努力下,香港的青少年社会工作逐渐发展成一个标准化、体系化的社会福利服务环节。本文通过分析当前香港社会中青少年群体的现状和面临的问题,详细介绍香港的专业青少年社会工作服务,总结香港青少年社会工作服务的经验,并对内地青少年社会工作的发展提出建议。

Youth Social Work in Hong Kong began in the mid-1970s, nearly forty years history of practical service. After the reunification efforts of the government and a number of social work service organizationsand professional social workers, youth social work in Hong Kong has gradually developed into a standardized system of social welfare services sectors. This paper analyzes the current situation and facing issuesof youth groups in Hong Kong society, introduces professional youth social work services in Hong Kong,sums up experience in Hong Kong youth social work services, and gives some suggestions for the development of the mainland youth social work.
