Study on Promotion of Professionalization and Professionalism for Social Workers:American Experience and Enlightenment

如何推动社会工作者职业化发展,形成一支满足当前社会需要的专业化社会工作队伍,不仅是我国科学发展社会工作体制的研究课题,也是我国现有教育体制改革的重点课题。本文采用对比分析方法,首先分析中美社会工作专业教育的现状,再此基础上提出美国社会工作职业化的经验,并分别从培训体系、社会机构、管理体系和实践经验开展论述,最后总结了对我国社会工作职业化发展的有益借鉴。

How to promote the development of professional social workers and formed a professional social workteam to meet the current needs of society, not only it is a China's scientific research subject for the development of the system of social work, but also a key topic of current education system reform in our country. This article uses the comparison analysis method, starting from the American social work professionaleducation, and combining with China's social work development, puts forward the experience of socialwork professionalization, and discusses respectively from the training system, social organization, management system and the practical experience,and finally summarizes the social work professionalization development of beneficial reference to our country.
