摘要
目的:建立测定清咳平喘颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Apollo C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分析柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(5∶95);流速为0.8 mL·min-1,检测波长为210 nm.结果:盐酸麻黄碱线性范围0.051 8~0.518 μg,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为94.5%;RSD=0.64%(n=6);盐酸伪麻黄碱线性范围0.019 58~0.19 58 μg,r=0.999 4,平均回收率为90.6%;RSD =0.95% (n =6).结论:该法操作简便、准确、分离度与稳定性好、专属性强,可作为控制该药品的质量方法.
Objective: To establish quality control methed of Ephedrine hydrochloride and Pseudophedrine hydrochloride in Qingke Pingchuan Grains. The linear range of Pseudophedrine hydrochloride was 0. 019 58 -0. 195 8 μg(r = 0. 999 4), the average recovery was 90. 6% ; RSD = 0. 95% ( n = 6) ; Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate, applicable and can be used for the quality control of Qingke Pingchuan Grains.
