临床护理路径在急性左心衰竭患者院前急救中的应用

Applications of clinical nursing pathways in patients with acute left ventricular failure in pre-hospital first aid

目的探讨临床护理路径在急性左心衰竭院前急救中的应用。方法对本院急诊科的216例急性左心衰竭患者,随机分为实验组121例,对照组95例,实验组采用临床护理路径实施院前急救护理,对照组采用传统方法进行护理。结果实验组患者从接诊至开始抢救时间、接诊到接受专业治疗时间与对照组相比均缩短,实验组患者院前急救的成功率及满意度与对照组相比有所提高。结论应用临床护理路径,能提高急性左心衰患者的抢救成功率及急救质量。

Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathways in patients with acute left ventricular failure in pre-hospital first aid. Methods Patients with acute left ventricular failure in the emergency department of our hospital were Chosen, and were randomly divided into experimental group（121） and control group（95）. The experimental group was used clinical nursing pathway to care in pre-hospital , the control group was given regular nursing measures. Results Time from clinical reception to start saving, clinical reception to receive professional treatment in experimental group was shorter than that in control group. The success rate of pre-hospital first aid and satisfaction of experimental group patients were higher than that of control group. Conclusion Application of clinical nursing path can improve the rescue success rate of acute left ventricular failure patients and the quality of first aid.
