The paper focuses on the discussion of some common defects of Franki cast in place piles in saturated soils,such as pile breakdown,pile radial contraction and mud enclosure,of the reasons of engendering the defects and of the features of their load strain curves,which has certain reference values for controlling the defects of cast in place piles and reinforcing the foundation in the grouting construction.
