扶余油田微生物现场吞吐试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 微生物提高石油采收率 (MEOR)技术 ,是一项具有良好发展前景的三次采油技术。就MEOR增油机理、影响因素、现场注入方案、现场监测方案、现场试验取样分析及试验效果分析 ,进行了较详细的论述。在关井期间CO2 含量上升 ,开井生产后产出水中有机质含量增加、pH值下降、细菌浓度及种类增加。 2 9口试验井中有 2 0口见到试验效果 ,见效率达 69% ,试验效果较好。 MEOR is a prospective EOR technique.This paper illustrates the stimulation mechanism,effecting factors,pilot injection program,pilot monitoring program,pilot test sampling analysis and test effect analysis.During the shut in,the CO\-2 content increases.After the opening to production,the organic matter content in the produced water increases,pH value decreases and the concentration and types of bacteria increase.19 wells among 29 testing wells obtain the experimental effect,being 69% of efficiency percent.
