摘要 工作量估算是软件项目开发的重要环节,也是制定项目开发计划的依据。目前常用的软件项目工作量估算方法都无法简单准确地估算项目工作量。本文采用三步法对项目工作量进行估算,第一步选择一个简单的模型;第二步使用样本数据对模型常数进行标定;第三步采用类比方法对标定模型和实际项目进行比较,估算出项目工作量。该方法应用于合作公司的软件项目工作量估算,得到公司和用户认可。 The estimation of software projects workload is an important part of the project development.None of popular software projects workload estimation method can simply and accurately estimate project workload .In this paper , three-step software estimate method is introduced.Those three steps are firstly to select a simple model, secondly to use sample project data to calculate the model constants , lastly to use estimation by analogy method to get actual project estimation.This method is used in the software project of cooperative com-pany , and accepted by the company and users.
