摘要
本文以英国为例揭示了香草植物的种植特点:从自然生长地采集香草的方式到专业产业化种植香草植物,再到私家庭院中的种植,目前回归到关注野生香草品种的种植。英国香草植物的应用涉及医学、食用家居等各个方面。英国香草植物的园林应用丰富了城市专类园、纪念性花园、私家庭院和室内盆栽、功能性花园和观光产业园。本文分析了英国香草植物的应用和发展,结合我国香草植物的现状和特点,对香草园的建设提出了相关建议。本研究是对香草植物发展及应用历史方面的解析,对中国香草植物发展,推动香草产业建设具有指导意义。
The article mainly explores the development and application of herbs in England. The researched aspects include the development and application of herb growing, the main feature of herb gardens, and the works of herbs in English Gardens. The principle and trend of the herb collection and cultivation, medical use, nutrition value, interior decoration. Meanwhile this article summarizes the herb development in China as well and provides reasonable suggestions for its future development through the analysis of the herb development in the England. This study is the analysis of development of English herb in application. It has guiding significance for the development of Chinese herb construction and the study in herb garden.
