Analysis on Regional Comparative Advantages of Diary Cattle in Different Raising Scale

本文运用概率优势分析法,对我国12个奶牛主要养殖省份在不同养殖规模下的比较优势进行了分析,发现我国整体奶牛养殖比较优势较小,不同主产省份在不同养殖规模水平下的比较优势不同,即最适生产规模不同。为此,本文对我国奶牛养殖提出相对集中、因地制宜的建议,并根据不同主产区的适度养殖规模,为各地奶牛产业整体发展提出提高奶农素质、发挥市场优势、推进高标准养殖和发挥龙头企业带动作用等具体建议。

This paper applies the method of Stochastic Dominance in analyzing the regional comparative advantages of 12 major provinces raising diary cattle under different breeding scales. The results show that the comparative advantage of dairy cattle breeding in China is small, and comparative advantages of the 12 main producing provinces are not the same under different raising scales, that is to say optimal production scale are distinct. According to these analyses, this article makes recommendations on dairy cattle breeding in China that relatively concentrated cultivation and suiting measures to local conditions. Based on the different producing areas of moderate size, this paper also puts forward the proposals to the overall development of dairy industry that improving quality of feeders, taking advantage of the market, promoting high-standards cultivation and exerting the leading enterprises to play a leading role.
