摘要 针对国内第一艘在建中小型TYPE C型LNG船,提出了其货舱温度场的分析模型。基于工程传热学的原理,应用VBA计算程序,计算得到了各关键点的温度分布与热流密度,并与液货罐供应商TGE集团的报告对比。结果表明:计算值与报告值最大误差为7%。这说明,计算模型正确。这能够为TYPE C型液货舱的传热分析尤其是控制LNG蒸发率提供有力的指导。 With regard to the first small and medium-sized Type C LNG ship under construction in China, the thesis proposes an analysis of its cargo temperature field model. Based on the principles of engineering heat transfer and applying VBA calculation procedures, we calculate temperature distribution and heat flux density in key points of cargo tank. These calculation data is compared with TGE (the cargo tank supplier) Group's report. The results demonstrate that the error between calculated values and the reported values lies below 7%, which proves that this calculation model is correct. This can provide practicable guidance for Type C liquid cargo tank heat transfer analysis, especially for LNG boil-off rate control.
