摘要
船用柴油机热工参数蕴含着大量的故障信息,具有很好的诊断价值。在介绍集对分析(SPA)的基基础上,建立了基于SPA的柴油机热工故障诊断模型。利用4190型船用中速柴油机AVL BOOST仿真模型进行故障仿真计算,获取了基准故障集和待检工作状态集,验证了模型的准确性;同时证明了集对分析在柴油机故障诊断中的可行性,为柴油机故障监测和诊断提供了新方法。
Thermal parameters contain lots of information of abnormal performance in marine diesel engine, which are very important for fault diagnosis; the basic theory of set pair analysis is introduced in this paper, which is applied to the thermal fault diagnosis of diesel engine, based on that, a thermal fault diagnosis model of diesel engine is established. Fault simulation calculation is carried out by using BOOST simulation model of 4190 type marine diesel engine, and the standard fault set and the working state set are obtained, which verifies the accuracy of the model, at the same time, it is proved that it is feasible to apply SPA to fault diagnosis of diesel engine, which provides a new way for fault monitoring and diagnosis of diesel engine.
