摘要 以某型船用中速柴油机电子调速系统为对象,研制船用中速柴油机电子调速系统硬件在环仿真试验平台,主要包括电子调速系统执行机构试验台的搭建,柴油机实时仿真模型的建立,电子调速系统控制策略快速控制原型的实现。利用硬件在环仿真试验平台进行调速器执行机构动态特性分析、电子调速系统起动与调速等功能验证,试验结果表明硬件在环仿真试验为研究电子调速系统控制策略和测试执行机构特性提供了良好的试验研究条件。 A hardware in-the-loop (HIL) simulation test bench of electronic speed governor system for a medium-speed marine diesel engine is designed and implemented in the paper. An actuator experimental desk and a real-time simulation model of the marine diesel engine are established Furthermore, the control strategies of the electronic governor system are designed and developed with rapid control prototyping tools. Based on the HIL simulation test bench, the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the governor actuators is achieved, and the functions ojr the electronic speed governor system are validated including engine starting, speed tuning, etc. The test results show that the HIL simulation test bench couM provide the experimental research conditions for. the functional verification and the perforrnance test of the governor actuators for the medium-speed marine diesel engine.
