摘要
以某船厂57000DWT散货船G901分段为研究对象,根据最小应变准则与吊装设备性能等约束条件,利用粒子群算法实现吊码位置的优化,结合基于二分法的吊码最小数量优化方法,解决吊码数量和位置的综合优化问题,使优化后分段结构的总体应变能和最大应力得到有效降低。该优化方法对船体分段吊装的吊码布置具有实用和借鉴意义。
The G901 hull section of 57000DWT bulk Carrier was taken as research object, according to Minimum total strain energy criterion and the equipment characteristic of the lifting appliance condition, the goal of lifting-lugs' arrangement particle swarm optimization was realized; and combine the minimum quantity model of lifting-lug which was based on dichotomy, comprehensively optimize the number and location of li^ng-lug. By comparing the result before and after optimization, the total strain energy and the maximum of stress are effectively reduced This technological process provides guidance and reference for lifting other similar hull sections.
