摘要
PHM作为一种新的综合化系统检测、故障诊断、故障预测及健康管理技术,是提高系统可用性、维修效率和降低寿命周期成本的重要手段,已成为未来飞机航空电子系统设计的一项关键技术和重要目标之一;文中从PHM技术和航空电子系统的发展角度,介绍了PHM技术发展趋势和面临挑战,重点对航空电子故障预测及健康管理(APHM)系统设计,如层次化体系结构、功能要求,以及故障预测、健康评估、系统维护等关键技术进行了详细讨论,并给出了一种合理的系统健康诊断解决方案,最后总结探讨了PHM技术的一些发展趋势。
PHM (Prognostics and Health Management), as a kind of new integrated system diagnosis, fault Prognostics and health management technology, is the main method to improve the system availability, maintenance efficiency, and reduce the life-cycle cost, has become a key technology and one of the important goals of future aircraft avionics system design. This article from the perspective of the de- velopment of PHM technology and avionics system, introduces the PHM technology trends and challenges, and emphatically to Avionics PHM (APHM) system design, such as hierarchical system structure, the functional requirements, health assessing, fault prognostics sys- tem maintenance and key technology are discussed in detail, given a reasonable avionics system health diagnosis solutions and finally discussed some development trends about PHM teehnonogies.
