摘要
为了能够更好地应对未来多元化的复杂测试环境,文中结合LXI总线技术和合成仪器概念,提出了一种基于嵌入式系统实现的可用于现场测试的LXI可重构通用测试平台方案,并基于该方案研制出一个便携式LXI合成仪器系统;LXI合成仪器围绕OMAP+FPGA的硬件平台构建,遵循LXI标准,具备多种通信方式,适合移动测试,便于二次开发;硬件上模块化设计,结构紧凑,体积小重量轻;软件上采用层次化、模块化设计方法,并遵循IVI、SCPI、ATML等标准;整个系统具有很强的数据处理能力,具备多通道并行测试和软硬件在线可重配置功能,能够满足多种复杂设备现场维护保障的测试需求。
In order to better cope with the future diversified complex test environment, this paper combining with the concept of LXI bus technology and synthetic instruments, puts forward a kind of LXI reconfigurable universal test platform based on embedded system used for field test, and based on the plan to develop a portable LXI synthetic instruments system. LXI synthetic instruments around OMAP 4- FPGA hardware platform to build, to follow the LXI standard, with a variety of communication methods, suitable for mobile testing, facili- tate the secondary development~ Hardware modular design, compact structure, small volume light weight~ Software using hierarchical, modular design method, and follow the IVI, SCPI, ATML standard, etc. The whole system has a strong data processing ability, has the multi--channel parallel test and function of hardware and software can online reconfiguration, can meet the demand of a variety of complex equipment field maintenance support test.
