基于亚像素级的硬盘焊点损伤检测研究

摘要 计算机的硬盘是数据保留时间最长、存储容量最大的媒质,磁头焊点的质量决定了整个硬盘运行的可靠性,目前的硬盘焊点的检测主要是依靠人工目视,随着检测人员疲劳,检测效率下降;提出一种基于亚像素级的硬盘焊点损伤自动检测系统,使用相应的硬件设施搭建了自动检测平台,采用微小型高性能工业CCD摄像机对磁盘焊点进行图像采集,采用改进的亚像素图像边缘检测对焊点进行损伤识别,疵病的边缘检测精度设置为0.1像素,硬件分辨率提高了10倍;实验证明这种系统对硬盘的焊点损伤检测节约时间3.5s,检测的准确率提高了12.5%。 The computer hard disk data retention time is the longest, largest storage capacity of the medium, head of the solder joint quality determines the operation reliability of the hard disk, the hard disk spot detection is mainly rely on artificial visual, along with the tes- ting personnel, fatigue detection efficiency decline. This paper presents a pixel level based on the hard solder joint damage automatic detec- tion system, use the corresponding hardware facilities built automatic detection platform, using micro small high performance industrial CCD camera to disk spot image acquisition, the improvement of the pixel image edge detection to the solder joints for damage identification, the experiment proved that this system for hard solder joint damage detection to save time, improve the detection accuracy.
