摘要
针对智能楼宇的燃气管网泄漏监测问题,提出了一种基于ZigBee无线网络的新型分布式自动监测系统的设计方案;整体系统由多个分布在楼宇各主要燃气管口的监测节点和一个安装在监控室的中心节点构成;基于ZigBee芯片MC13192、ARM微处理器LPC2124、甲烷传感器及RS-232总线开发技术实现了系统硬件;基于VC++、ACCESS数据库及嵌入式C语言研发了系统软件;试用结果表明,该系统平均响应时间仅为3.56s、燃气泄漏浓度的平均检测精度高达98.6%,具有精度高、鲁棒性强、反应速度快及运行安全稳定等特点,能够很好地满足智能楼宇燃气管网泄漏的高精度自动化监测需求。
According to the problem of gas pipe network leakage monitoring in intelligent building, this paper propose a design scheme of a novel distribution monitoring system based on ZigBee network. The system consists of multiple gas nozzle monitoring nodes distributed in the vicinity of building and one center node installed in the control room. ZigBee chip MC13192, ARM microprocessor LPC2124, methane sensor and RS--232 bus technology are used to realize the hardware. VC++, ACCESS database and embedded C language are used to de- velop the software. Results show that average response time of the system is only 3.56s, the average precision of gas leakage concentration up to 98.6 %, it has high precision, strong robustness, safe and stable operation, and it can well meet the requirements of intelligent buiIding precision gas leak monitoring.
