摘要
针对压缩空气制冷试验需求,设计了基于检测与执行级、下位控制级和上位管理控制级的分布式测控系统,实现了测控系统的全面自动控制:自动开车、自动停车和紧急情况的自动处理;另外,针对增压透平膨胀机制冷技术可能会发生的喘振现象,设计了多重防喘振方法,实现了试验系统多涡轮制冷的自动控制和防喘振控制,并在实际试验中得到了很好的应用,对类似的问题有一定借鉴意义。
According to the requirement of the compressing air refrigeration test, based on testing and implementation--level and lower level and upper management control level, the distributed control system was designed, so the comprehensive automatic control which inclu- ding automatic drive, automatic parking and emergency situations handled automatically was realized. In addition, aim at the surge which will be happened in the turbo expander refrigeration test, the multiple anti--surge method was designed, automatic control of refrigeration by multi--turbine and anti--surge were applied in the actual test.
