摘要
文章设计了由微控制器89C52和运动控制H桥组件LMD18200为核心的高可靠电机驱动器,实现了对某航空用步进电机的精确位置和速度控制;该控制器以89C52为中央处理器,实现控制算法和实时计算;并以FPGA为协控制器,实现对各外设的实时控制;利用H桥组件LMD18200,实现对步进电机的实时控制;同时配置了AD转换器、RS-422串行通信接口等;该设计以航空等级产品为基础,有较高的可靠性要求,可广泛应用于航空航天等对产品可靠性要求比较高的电机控制领域。
A design for the stepping motor controller based on MCU 89C52 and LMD18200 is introduced, which is a 3A H--Bridge de- signed for motion control applications. The motor driver can control the speed and position of the stepping motor accurately. The motor driv- er is consist of MCU (89C52) which is used to control algorithm and real--time calculating, FPGA which is the assistance controller used for peripheral control, H--bridge LMD18200 which is used for motor control, AD converters, RS--422 communication interface. This motor driver is aeronautic--grade and high--reliability. It can be used in aerospace and high--reliability applications.
