摘要
随着欧洲博洛尼亚进程的不断发展,欧洲高等教育区内展开日益广泛的交流与合作,德国高校教师培训和继续教育也在变革中前进。高等教育内部评估与外部认证相结合的制度体系为高校教学法培训与进修提供了质量保障,同时还应在质量保障中加强高校教学法自身的科研基础。本文以汉堡大学高等教育和继续教育中心的硕士项目为例进行阐述。
With the development of the Bologna-Process,the proliferation of communication,and an increase in cooperation across European higher education,German faculty development continues to advance.The combination of internal evaluation and external authentication in colleges and universities provides quality assurance for faculty development.This study examines the Center for Higher and Further Education's master's program at the University of Hamburg as an example.
