摘要 本文从三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)的研究背景出发,介绍了TNBC的特点及其尴尬的治疗现状,探讨标准化疗后的一种全新后续治疗模式。文中提出,卡培他滨节拍化疗将会是可手术TNBC标准化疗后的未来方向。 This article aims to explore a new follow-up treatment mode for the triple negative breast cancer （TNBC） after standard chemotherapy. Based on the background, characteristics and embarrassing treatment status of TNBC, we propose that metronomic chemotherapy using capecitabine may be the future direction of the operable TNBC after standard chemotherapy.
