391例呼吸道感染的病原学蛋白芯片技术检测与分析 被引量:3

Detection and analysis of protein chip technology in 391 patients with respiratory airway infection

摘要 目的了解百色市成人呼吸道感染病原学状况。方法(1)选择391例临床诊断为呼吸道感染的门诊及住院患者,于急性期及恢复期分两次,用蛋白芯片技术检测患者血清的6种病原体:流感病毒(influenzavirus,IV)、呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)、柯萨奇病毒(CoxsackievirusB,CVB)、腺病毒(adenovirus,ADV)、肺炎支原体(mycoplasmalpneumoniae,MP)、肺炎衣原体(chlamydia pneumoniae,CPN)的IgM抗体。结果391例患者中阳性180例,总阳性率46.06%,其中MP感染为第一位占18.33%,其次是CPN感染占14.44%。混合感染中,第一为MP合并ADV感染,占7.78%;第二为MP合并CPN感染,占5.00%。感染急性期MP抗体阳性并有相关临床症状的阳性率为89.55%,感染急性期MP抗体阳性并有恢复期抗体增高4倍及以上实验室诊断的阳性率为86.57%。两个阳性率间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。CPN抗体也得出类似结果。结论百色市成人呼吸道感染中以ADV、MP、CPN及它们的合并感染检出率最高。急性期MP及CPN抗体阳性联合相应的临床症状诊断的阳性率与通过急性期及恢复期两次蛋白芯片法实验室确诊的阳性率,两者问差异无统计学意义。 Objective To investigate the pathogen in adult airway infection of Baise city. Method A total of 391 cases ( both outpatient and inpatient) of airway infection were collected. Serum IgM titer of six pathogen( influenza virus, IV; respiratory syncytial virus, RSV; Coxsackievirus B, CVB; adenovirus, ADV; mycoplasmal pneumoniae, kIP;Chlamydia pneumoniae, CPN) were tested for two times at acute stage and convalescent period respectively. Protein chip technology was used to test the IgM antibody. Results 180 samples were positive, the total positive rate was 46.06%. the positive rate of MP was 18.33% , 14. 44% for CPN. Among mixed infection, MP combined with ADV positive rate was 7.78% , 5.00% for MP combined with CPN. The positive rate for eases which MP IgM antibody was positive and had clinical symptoms at acute stage was 89.55%. The positive rate for eases which MP IgM antibody was positive at acute stage and rose 4 times at convalescent period was 86. 57%. There was no significant difference between them(P 〉 0. 05). We got the same result for The positive rate for CPN IgM antibody. Conclusion The positive rate for IgM antibody of common pathogen among baise adult respiratory tract infection ranked : ADV, MP, CPN. Patients whose MP or CPN IgM antibody was positive and with according clinical symptoms could be diagnosed with MP or CPN infection.
