浅表上皮瘤伴皮脂腺分化

Superficial epithelioma with sebaceous differentiation

报告1例浅表上皮瘤伴皮脂腺分化。患者女,53岁。颈部黄色扁平斑块1年,皮损渐增大,无不适。皮损组织病理检查示浅表上皮性肿瘤,表皮多个部位向下增生,增生的细胞团块部分为嗜碱性细胞,部分细胞有明显的胞质,呈皮脂腺分化,细胞无异形性。结合临床及组织病理特点诊断为浅表上皮瘤伴皮脂腺分化。

A case of superficial epithelioma with sebaceous differentiation is reported. A 53-year-old woman presented with one year history of a gradually enlarged, yellow asymptomatic plaque on her right neck. Histopathological examination showed superficial muhilobular proliferation of neoplastic cells with numerous broad attachments to the overlying epidermis. The over- all configuration was a plate-like proliferation of basaloid cells and vacuolated cells. Proliferative cell mass consisted of, in part, basophihc cells, and some cells had obvious cytoplasm. Sebaceous differentiation without atypia was also present. It was diagnosed as superficial epithelioma with sebaceous differentiation according to clinical and histopathological characters.
