异种金属管路固相焊方法的研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 探讨了异种金属管路连接的机理,经研究发现,采取斜面焊一电阻焊一挤压焊的固相复合焊接方法(SREW)焊接异种金属管路接头,可以得到具有固相焊特性的金属间化合物晶体焊缝。对此焊接方法中焊接热量分布、接头结构设计、挤压施加方式等进行了详细描述。实践证明,采用复合焊接方法代替传统钎焊、机械连接、胶结等方法,不但降低连接成本,而且提高管路连接的可靠性。 The mechanism of dissimilar metal pipeline joining was discussed.Through the research,the dissimilar metal pipe joints with intermetallic compounds grains of solid state welding features can be obtained by using the composite welding method(SREW) which is slope,resistance,extrusion welding.The welding heat distribution Joint structure design and the way of extrusion in the composite welding method were introduced in detail.It has been found that the use of the composite welding method not only reduce the cost of joining but also improve the reliability of pipeline joining,which is compare with traditional methods such as soldering,mechanical connection,cementation.
