铝管挤压电阻焊接头微观结构及性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用挤压电阻焊的焊接方法对1060铝管的焊接效果进行了研究。通过扫描电镜、金相显微镜等分析方法对焊接接头进行观察,结果表明:两铝管之间形成良好的冶金结合,焊缝具有固相焊的特征,焊缝组成为100μm以下的细小等轴晶粒。对焊接试样的拉伸和爆破测试表明,焊接接头的抗拉强度超过母材,耐爆破的压力值也超过母材。 Extrusion resistance welding process was used to weld 1060 Al tubes.Joint microstructure and property were analyzed by way of microscope,SEM,EDS,tensile test and blasting test.The experimental results show that the excellent metallurgical bonding forms between the two Al tubes.The microstructure in weld seam consists of fine equiaxed grains less than 100 u,m,which has the characteristics of solid state welding.The tensile and blasting tests for welding specimen show that the tensile strength and burst pressure resistance of welded joint are more than the parent metal.
