自噬介导运动调控机体脂质代谢过程研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肥胖作为诱发机体胰岛素抵抗(Insulin Resistance,IR)、高脂血症、2型糖尿病(T2DM)等一系列代谢性疾病的主要诱因之一.已成为人类健康的巨大威胁。近年来,自噬(Autophagy)这一真核细胞特有的高度保守且被精密调控的机制引起了研究者的极大兴趣。最新研究显示.自噬对于调节机体脂肪代谢的平衡至关重要…。自噬主要通过作用于机体肝脏和脂肪组织.对脂代谢产生调控作用。而运动作为健康生活方式的重要组成部分。已被证实可以通过调节多种信号通路的活性而促进骨骼肌细胞对葡萄糖的摄取和利用、增加机体脂质代谢。
