PUMA蛋白在日光性角化病及皮肤鳞癌中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨PUMA蛋白在青海地区日光性角化病及皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达。方法应用免疫组化法检测28例日光性角化病、32例皮肤鳞状细胞癌及20例正常皮肤组织中PUMA蛋白的表达水平,分析其表达情况及其与皮肤鳞癌临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 PUMA在正常皮肤、日光性角化病及皮肤鳞癌组织的表达率分别为75.00%,46.43%,34.38%,正常皮肤表达高于日光性角化病和皮肤鳞癌(P<0.05)。PUMA的表达与皮肤鳞癌分化程度和民族之间差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 PUMA蛋白表达下调可能参与日光性角化病和皮肤鳞状细胞癌的发生和发展。 Objective To measure the expressions of PUMA in actinic keratosis and cutaneous squamous cell carcino- ma. Methods Expression of PUMA was detected in 20 cases of normal skin,28 cases of actinic keratosis and 32 cases of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma by immunohistochemistry method, and their correlation with clinical pathological parameters of colorectal carcinoma was analyzed. Results The expression of PU- MA in normal skin tissues was higher than that in actinic keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma (P 〈 0.05 ). The positive rate of PUMA in normal skin tissues, actinic keratosis and cutaneous squamous cell car- cinoma were 75. 00% ,46.43% % and 34. 38% respectively. The expression of PUMA in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was not correlate with tumor differentiation and nationality ( all P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion The down regulation of PUMA may be involved in the progression and proliferation of actinic keratosis and cutane- ous squamous cell carcinoma.
