泛发型光泽苔藓1例 被引量：1

A Case of Generalized Lichen Nitidus

摘要 患儿女,10岁。全身淡红色斑丘疹,进行性加重2年余。系统检查未见异常。皮损组织病理示局部表皮变薄,基底层液化变性,下方炎细胞呈抱球样浸润,考虑光泽苔藓。诊断:泛发型光泽苔藓。 A 10-year-old girl had presented with faint red maculopapule on her whole body for 2 years. Histopathology examination of the left middle abdomen showed partial thinning in the epidermis, vacuolar degeneration of basal layer and a focal granulomatous infiltration composed of lymphocytes in the papillary dermis, which produces a typical“ claw clutching a ball ”configuration. Diagnosis： generalized lichen nitidus.
