色素性痒疹1例

A Case of Prurigo Pigmentosa

患者女,25岁。背部起瘙痒性红色丘疹半年,反复发作,消退后遗留褐色网状色素沉着。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,灶状棘细胞间水肿,真皮浅层水肿,血管周围见以淋巴细胞和单一核细胞浸润为主,可见散在噬黑素细胞。根据临床表现和病理特征,诊断为色素性痒疹。每天予米诺环素100mg治疗,1周后瘙痒消失,红色丘疹大部分消退,留下色素沉着。随访1年,未见复发。

A 25-year-old female had pmntic erythematous papules on her upper back for half a year. The lesions oc- curred and resolved repeatedly, and leaving reticular pigmentation. The pathological examination shewed epi- dermal hyperkeratosis with focal edema among prickle cells. Superficial dermal edema with perivascular infil- tration of lymphoeytes and monocytes, sparsed melanophages were also observed. Based on clinical and path- ological features, the patient was diagnosed with prurigo pigmentosa. The patient was prescribed minocycline 100mg, twice a day. After a week, most red papules subsided and leave reticular pigmentation. The patient was followed up for 1 year without recurrence.
