摘要
产生于特定经济社会变革时空场域中的房地产,自身具有的属性使其成为社会阶层分层经济资本标准中的主体要素,而社会中的多重利益聚合致使房地产走向了金融化,原初公民住房权的载体特性被人为窄化,其阶层的切割性作用得到张扬。在社会阶层的内卷化、封闭化发展历程中,房地产的天然代际传递性与天然代内财富转移性起到了重要的固化性作用,其自身从普通意义上的财富组成因素,质变为社会阶层的结构、位序以及流动方向定型的强化器。
The real estate comes into being in the specific space-time field of the economic and social reforms. It becomes the main factor of the economic capital criterion about the social stratum hierarchy because of its characters. The polymerization of the multiple interests in the society brings the real estate into the financialization. The real estate was the supporter of the right to housing in nature, but its characters has been reduced by the man-made factors, and its stratum divisional function was promoted. In the course of the involution and closure of the social stratum, the natural inter-generation transmissibility and intra-generation propertied transitivity of the real estate plays an important solidified function. The real estate becomes the enhancer from the property constitutive element generally to the finalisation of the social stratum structure and order and flow direction.
