The Research On Improving Vocational College Young Teachers' Scientific Research Ability

科研是高职院校发展的内生动力,因此,科研工作对高职院校综合实力的提升有着重要意义。本文通过对当前高职院校科研工作的现状分析,在学院以及个人层面上提出提高高职青年教师科研水平的相应措施,以期推动高职院校科研工作的开展。

Scientific research in vocational colleges is the development of endogenous motivation. Therefore, scientific research is important for Vocational Colleges to enhance comprehensive strength. Through the analysis of current scientific research situation in Vocational Colleges, this paper promoted the corresponding measures through college and individual level of scientific research of the young teachers in vocational colleges, so as to promote the scientific research work in Higher Vocational Colleges.
